Bury Rangers FC uses a small number of our own cookies. We don’t use advertising cookies, social media pixels or any third-party tracking, and we never sell or share data about visitors.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you’re happy with analytics cookies. Nothing optional is stored until you choose. If you decline, we still count page visits — but anonymously, using a code that changes every day and can’t identify you or follow you from one day to the next.
If you accept, we set one cookie containing a random ID. It tells us whether a visit is from someone new or someone coming back, so we can see whether the site is actually useful. It holds no name, email or personal detail.

Groups the pages you look at in one sitting into a single visit, so we can see which journeys work. Only set if you accept.

Keeps coaches and admins signed in. Only used on the sign-in area.

Do Not Track
If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we honour it and skip analytics altogether.
Withdrawing consent
Use the cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Declining removes the analytics cookie straight away. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
