Bury Rangers has become a Kick It Out Equality Charter Club! Kick It Out are a national organisation that campaigns for greater equality and inclusion throughout football. Challenging discrimination, encouraging inclusive practice and campaigning for positive change.

Bury Rangers aims to provide football for all and has a great offer to our community. But we believe we can continue to develop what this looks like and how our club improves at breaking down barriers for people to access and participate in football. Keep an eye out for our social media posts over the next few weeks where we will be highlighting this work.

Our women’s team are our first squad to share this message, styling it with our Kick It Out T-Shirts! Despite the growth of the female game, there continues to be derogatory or misogynistic behaviour towards females playing football.
